The TCE 4220 is ideal for small and medium sized businesses. For rim diameters from 10" to 20" (external rim clamping) and widths from 3" to 10". The bead breaker is integrated in the unit to provide a comfortable working position and to allow easy access to the unit from the side. The rim is securely centred automatically without any pre-adjustment. The advance and retraction movements of the clamping system are electrically powered as standard to allow safe tyre fitting and removal.

The TCE 4420 rationalises tyre service with economical gain and at a high level of comfort. Rim diameters from 11" to 20" (external clamping) and widths from 4" to 10" are easily clamped. The pneumatic tilting assembly column creates space in the working areas. Assembly with care of the rims by pneumatic rim release, which reduces the risk of damage. The pneumatic tyre remover allows the tyres to be removed without damage. Light assembly and removal of low profile tyres can be assured by optional auxiliary arms.

The TCE 5210 allows you to perform tyre service in commercial vehicles and buses simply and safely. The working range is from a rim diameter of 14" to 26", tyre diameter up to 1640 mm and a tyre width of up to 800 mm. Comfortable working is made possible by the mobile control console, which can completely control the hydraulic drive of the lifting arm and the clamping device. The clamping arms with step-less adjustable clamping force and electrically driven clockwise and anticlockwise rotation at one rational speed provide optimised safety. Because the mounting arm can be locked in variable positions, this makes universal application possible and when working on identical wheels, makes work particularly efficient.
